Orders paid for by credit card
To pay for your order by credit card, simply choose the "credit card" payment option when you place your order. Orders paid for by credit card are securely processed in "real time" when you place your order. Note: Only VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards will be accepted.

Orders paid for by direct credit / internet banking / bank transfer
To pay for your order by direct credit, simply choose the "direct credit" payment option when you place your order. Orders paid for using this method will be shipped upon confirmation that your payment has been received. Payments normally take around 24 hours to reach our bank account.

Delivery times
Products are delivered securely to your door by courier. Orders confirmed and paid before 3pm will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 4pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow an extra business day for delivery to rural addresses. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within the specified timeframes you will be notified by email of the new delivery time.

International Orders
If you wish to have an order delivered to an address outside of New Zealand please enquire via our contact form .

Public Holidays
Orders made on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
