Delivery guidelines
Refer to our Terms and Conditions of supply for delivery terms. All orders are shipped using Track and Trace and require a signature upon delivery. Orders confirmed and paid before 4pm will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 4pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow an extra business day for delivery to rural addresses. If for some reason we cannot fulfil your order within the specified timeframes you will be notified by email of the new delivery time.

International Orders
If you wish to have an order delivered to an address outside of New Zealand please enquire via our contact form .
